Then, using your left forearm lift your hips until your body makes a straight line from the shoulders to the ankles. Then, contract your abdominal muscles and hold this position for about half a minute. This workout should be repeated 3 times using each hand. Exercise Ball Crunch One of the major goals of using the exercise ball is to make a lean stomach without placing excessive strain on your back. Lie down on your exercise ball and place it below your lower back. For more support, put your hands behind your head. Then, contract your abdominal muscles by raising your torso. While doing that, make sure that you are able to maintain the ball's balance. Hold this position for some time before returning to the original position. Make 10 to 12 repetitions for each set.
