5. Drink plenty of water. A human body is mainly composed of water. If your body lacks water, then there is a great tendency that you will experience dehydration. Water can also be expected to work effectively in controlling your appetite. It improves the ability of your body to burn more fat. If you make it a habit to drink at least one glass of water before taking your meals, then it would be possible for you to significantly reduce your food intake.
